Hi,
Within the Gettings Starting article >>>here<<< I see:
Am I correct seeing PRAXIS as
Then my question about "free for testers" is:
It is free during test and after the test period I get money for feeding the Autodesk Knowledge Network? Or how is "free during test" meant?
The background for that question is that I see a lot of advantages for Autodesk, but where is any advantage for the people feeding Autodesk support database? (...especially when they have to pay for the usage of this service after the test period)

Hi @Alfred.NESWADBA,
Thank you for reaching out. Please see below for a response to your questions, hope this will be helpful.
PRAXIS is a cloud based app, whatever workflow maps you create are securely stored in the cloud within your account. The benefit of doing this is that all of your work is available anytime, anywhere and you can easily share and collaborate on your work with others. Currently we do not have plans to locally save the result on the users machine.
Currently PRAXIS does not have a Print/Output feature, this is something we want to address in the near future. We are exploring ways to provide users a way to output and download their workflow map in some common formats e.g. PDF, images etc. Today you can print the workflow map using the browser's print capability, as we gather feedback from users we will explore ways to make the print/output capability better.
Our vision with this app is that it can be used by Autodesk product experts to share their knowledge with the rest of the user community, the expert creates the workflow map of how to perform a certain task within the product or best practice and shares it within the Knowledge Network so that other users can learn and benefit from it. In turn, we want the expert (author) creating the workflow map to get recognition for their work and knowledge of Autodesk products.
We do understand that there will be cases where the user will want to create a workflow map of something that he/she will not want to share publicly with the entire community and may want to keep it private, so we will also continue to support this use case.
PRAXIS is still in a "Preview" state where we are gathering feedback to see if this is something of value to users and how we can make it better. How we will eventually bring it to market is something we still need to figure out, our current thinking is a model similar to Screencast - where the app continues to remain free to our users enabling them to capture and share their knowledge with other members in the community.
Look forward to hearing your feedback on PRAXIS and feel free to reach out in case of questions/comments.
