Hey I think that's the same problem I was having!

I think it may have something to do with the Tech Preview expiring? On one of my workstations I get this error- on the other one I noticed the "technology preview expired" notice...

Hi,

I had the same problem after installing today.

Started up 3ds Max and the popups warning me there are too many popups popped up straight away.

Here's what helped for me:

- Uninstall Geppetto V2
- Uninstall 2012 version of 3ds Max
- Reinstall Geppetto V2

Everything works for me now.

I don't know if it's necessary to uninstall Max 2012, perhaps just deinstalling and reinstalling Geppetto V2 is enough, but it helped in my case.

Good luck.

Oops, I cheered too soon...

I now don't get it at the startup of 3ds Max, but rather when opening the Geppetto ribbon..

There's one message saying: "Attempt to display more than the maximum amount of simultaneous error message dialogs occurred. See error log file for additional error messages."
Followed by four times: "Type error: Call needs function or class, got: undefined"

Anybody know where I can find the log file?

Eureka!

It seemed I had not installed the last update of 3ds Max Design 2013.
After installing update 3, everything works like a charm.

Updates are found here: http://usa.autodesk.com/...

Hope this works for everybody.
