Have you tried to get the parameters as you would with any other modifier from the SDK?
Almost all of massfx is maxscript, but you can still access scripted modifier parameters from the SDK. so you should be able to read it all out.
I have done this with my own scripted plugins, and that works just fine.
Where are you stuck now? Do you have code for accessing the modifiers and so on?
