Hello CAD Community, I`ve spent last two days trying to find the cause for my drawings not being consistently printed. I couldn`t find the cause even though I tried really hard. I have checked many topics on this forum where people had similar issues but none of the solutions given to them worked for me unfortunately. My problem is that lines plotted on the drawings are not consistent even tough I set them up to achieved desired effect of thin, deep dark lines for the whole of my drawing. To help you see the problem I attached screenshot of my drawing. You can find it here(please open in acrobat NOT in default dropbox viewer):

Using DWG to PDF almost every line in the drawing on intial view look so thin it`s almost impossible to see it. I have to zoom it to 600% to get a comfortable view. 2) Settings on Bullzip:

In other words, with style tables result was the same - unevenly plotted lines as shown on forum_autodeskcommunity.pdf. Maybe I didnt find the right configuration. I dont know. Pretty much I`m resigned but I believe there`s solution to this.I just need to be persistent
🙂 So here I am kindly asking Autodesk experts to throw an emergency line...
🙂 Best Mike ps: dwg to the plotted file here
