Raster Image Plotting Problem

Image displays just fine in Model space, Paper space and Plot Preview.  This issue is when it plots.  Any and all devices plot with the same issue.  The plot comes out with very pixelated stips of image and strips of missing image.  Only the image is missing, all other objects plot just fine.  See images.

The issue is rooted in how the MrSID file is referenced/connected.  When I use MAPIINSERT the plot problem occurs.  If I connect the MrSID file with FDO, it plots just fine.
