Printing to PDF losses structure width

Hi 

 

 

I am trying to draw a photomask using autocad 2015. I have a interdigitated electrode structure in the mask. The width fingers of interdigitated electrode structure is 100um. When am tring to plot it to the PDF, width is reducing for some fingers . Please help me to solve the issue.

 

Autocard file, printed pdf and printer setting  files is attached

What's "ADOBE PDF" exactly? 2015's built in driver is not a Windows System driver and it's called DWG TO PDF here. You are using Acrobat Distiller according to your PDF file.

 

If you look closely at the PDF where the lines are different widths, you will see the second from the top has an angle/skew that is not found in the others. Your PDF is also is small, very small, at 16k. Low res for a letter size output.

 

Attached are higher res output PDFs of your file, one from the built-in driver and the other from a 3rd party PDF driver: no issues.
