Oce TDS 700 plotting wrong size

Please help.....My company uses an Oce TDS700 plotter. When anyone prints 24" x 36" sheets using AutoCAD, the print comes out on a 36" x 48" piece of paper. All the layout settings are correct in the plot dialog box. Has anyone experiance this issue?

Thanks

Autocad does not tell the plotter what paper to use. The plotter driver gives a standard range of paper sizes for you to choose from in Autocad; and depending on which you choose; the plotter itself decides what paper to use. Somewhere in your custom plotter settings there is a setting that causes the plotter to select a 36" roll for plotting 24" x 36" sheets. It's not an Autocad issue; but you can get to the plotter settings from Autocad by going to the plot dialogue box, selecting the properties button next to the plotter, and then clicking the custom properties button in the dialogue box that pops up. Refer to your plotter manual to mess around with the settings there.
