Object lineweight

I have an interrogation:

If the lineweight in my .pc3 file is set to "Use object lineweight" & that color is assigned to a layer with the lineweight set to "Default" How is the lineweight determined when plotting (assuming no lineweight overide on any objects)?

Thanks! Smiley Happy  I guess that's bad for us since this system variable is local & it could be different on all workstation, meaning different plot thickness for everybody...

Automate with a 'standard' lisp that is auto-loaded using the ACADDOC.LSP file on each PC, or pre-loaded as a reactor when PLOT or PUBLISH are invoked. AutoCAD is more than a line drawing program, use it's full potential.

yeah, great idea! I already have the workstations set with the acaddoc.lsp so its load our central LISP file on the server. I'll just set the variable there... Thanks!
