Not plotting layers

I am having a problem when plotting from Seet Set Mananger (SSM) or using a Batch Plot (BP) where it is not plotting certain layers but when I plot a single layout out the the layers plot out.  Any suggestions as to why those layers would not plot in the SSM or BP

Got it to work by swithing my printer.  I was using DWG to PDF and switched to using PDF Creator.

Annotation in the title block which are attributes and also some table there were generated by autocad structural detialing which I would assume they are attributes also but not certain.
