User says:

I have a HP DESIGNJET 510 42" installed on autocad 2010 as a system printer
(HDI driver dose't exist). So i can't add more than 5 custom paper sizes in
the plotter custom proprieties . Is there any other method to add more
custom paper sizes to make easier plotting with publisher .

end of question.

I remember a "More sizes" button. Does that "gray out" after 5 custom
sizes?

System printer driver limit, ask at HP why and not here.

For AutoCAD, create one PC3 file for each custom size and you can have as
many as you need to clutter up your PLOT pulldown selection. Naming
convention comes in handy here.
