Lineweights not plotting

I have a drawing w/ 2 layouts. I'm using a line in paper space for a matchline. On one layout the line prints w/ the desired weight. On the other layout it doesn't. I checked to make sure all properties are bylayer, etc. and finally copied the correct line to the other layout and it doesnt print w/ proper weight. Any thoughts? Thanks.

A viewport can have overriden settings different from anothe3r viewport, and a layout's PAGESETUP settings can be different from another layout's PAGESETUP settings.
