HP designjet 1050C does not plot correctly

Platform: Windows 7, 64bits

AutoCAD version 2012

Printer: HP DesignJet 1050C

Dirver version: 4.91

Within in project We are creating PLT files. All drawings have the same Layout setup with a size of 1409*841mm. Some drawings create good PLT files. But some drawings create PLT files with a plot area of 903.98 x 1.40 mm and a constant size of 127 KB. Has anybody experienced this problem. And is there a solution for this problem? Our clients is demanding these PLT files.

if the problem is limited to certain files, then use the names pagesetups from the good files instead.
