how to retrieve missing pdf files

HI all, I would like to ask if i publish PDF files to the folder which no longer exists, how to retrieve those missing pdf files? Hope to get help from you guys. Thanks.

We'll need some clarifcation here as to when exactly you created the pdf's;

1. Did the folder exist when you created the pdf?s  If so, was that folder backed up?  Depending on your answer here, you may be able to retrieve the pdf's.

2. Was the folder already deleted and then you tried to create the pdf's?  If so, you are out of luck - not sure how that can happen but wouldn't surprise if it did.
