DWF - Lines plotting too "heavy"

I have tried to see if others are having the same trouble, but I guess I am the only one. I am finding that my DWF files sent to the plotter are plotting with the linework being heavier than the same file sent directly to our plotter. These are just lines that should plot with a narrow width (ie walls on a floor plan) but they seem to be about twice the width and hence look "darker". Is there a setting that I am missing or some other way to get the lines to plot out thinner? Also, TTF fonts plot thicker in DWF. I've tried the various options in the DWF viewer when sending to the plotter, but none seem to help.

I am having the same problem. Also felt like i'm the only one with it.

I'm using dwf with the publish in autoCAD 2010. The same file with the same ctb plot nicely with our xerox or direcly in PDF using autoCAD PDF plotter.

Is the DWF page size the same?  If you plot a 22x34 to DWF at 11x17 you double the thickness, lineweight, etc.

No, even at the same size - half (c) or full (e), the pdfs come out slightly darker and dwf comes out even more dark.  As there is no way to choose the pc3 on these plot formats, I'm open to suggestions (besided plotting from color) on how to make these pdf/dwf plots come out light.

What exact applications are you using to plot DWF and PDF files?
Plotting to what? Using what driver?

Autocad 2012.  To Ricoh W5100 using Windows system driver.  Thanks.

You are attaching DWF and PDF files into DWG files with AutoCAD, then plotting?
