Create high resolution tiff/jpeg file

I tried to create some tiff/jpeg files (small size). But the DPI is always limited to 100 or 200 DPI.Some have metioned to use raster, which appears to be same resolution for me.

I am using AutoCAD 2014 (paid for academy). Only create tiff files occassionally.
