AutoCAD 2015 added antialiasing to the screen, giving us all "smooth lines" and all that...
But how do I print/export/save to a PNG (or other bitmap) with the same quality?
When I would (want to use) a screenshot... obviously it is antialiased when I have that switched on in 2015.. but that will also give me the entire AutoCAD interface, and no scaling etc.
When I use PNGOUT on a layout, I basically get a screenshot output... So, with 2015 antialiasing on, it seems to be kind of antialiased - but it also prints the paper's edge and seems to be unconfigurable (resolution etc).
When I use the Publishtoweb PNG plotter I get the configuring I'd like (output size etc)... but the output is aliased - blocky... pixelly.
The plotter is configurable... up to a point: the graphics section basically lets you pick color, black/white or ancient (256 color) - as long as it's 100 DPI.
Am I overlooking a setting, is there an updated .pc3 file available... do I need to wait till the next Acad release and hope the plotters then are updated to the screen possibilities?
