Select the slice that starts at the bottom of the toolpath then click on the 'Reorder Toolpath' icon then click  'move to start'

Hi @iamcdn79

Is there any other method to avoid this exception, not use 'reoder toolpath segements'

Because sometime the user not found the issue at simulating toolpath.

Hey @hx

I cloned your original toolpath and expanded the block 10 mm in the X & Y then recalculated it. That seemed to fix the sequence order. Attached is the updated project.

Hi @iamcdn79

Thanks for your help.

It works.

At the PowerMILL 2017 SP3, even not extend the xy 10 mm,It still can calculate the right toolpath.
