Digitizer Problem with Autocad 2013

I have an older Digitizer (Summaskietch III), I've recently upgraded to AutoCad 2013 in Windows 7. I've downloaded the newer version of TabletWorks Ver. 10.09.  It works somewhat, but the pointing area does not get established, its very slow to move around.  I have the tabletworks software setup with a check mark on MOUSE, AND WINTAB.

I use to use the Digitizer in autocad 2000 using the tabletworks driver with no problems, but a few years ago we upgraded to autocad 2009 and was forced to purchase the Virtual Tablet software driver because of the Newer Windows version and Autocad version I started using.  But now I found out that Tabletworks ver 10.09 was out at works with Win 7

Does anyone have any suggestions for me? or do I have to purchase the newer Virtual Tablet software again?

I hope not, but if I have to I have too..
