Point Layout in AutoCAD 2015

Is there anyway to add Point Layout to the ribbon in AutoCAD 2015?

I see the options for Point Layout when I right click in the workspace, but nothing on the ribbon or in the CUI settings.

I haven't created a ribbon for it yet.  We have plans for one in the next release though.
