Could not load 'Licensing.dll' or on of its dependencies!

I just did a new installation of APL 2015... but got this error.

Please help!

Mike, there is a chance for that to happen depending on your mix of desktop versions/years and the Point layout version being installed. If you are using the original Point Layout 2015 release, please download the latest from subscription center or the trial page, R2.
