This is an enhancement that would help improve our companies productivity. In each workspace we can have one employee show up in multiple fields to complete a job. If we could have a view that would include mutliple fields within the search and display all areas where their name is (to also include) it would save us from having multiple views to go through in one workspace.

yes,instead of Match on ALL you are looking for Match on ANY of the fields in a filter.

This is something we're actively working on delivering, absolutely.

This functionality is implemented in Modern - you are able to use OR within the same column and search for multiple criteria. If you have further feedback on this feature, please create a new idea.
