Parallel Workflow

In our manufactruing process, we typically will work on a project with several states active at one time. For example, while we are completing engineering assembly drawings, we will be fabricating components for our assemblies in metal fab, wood fab, etc. We may also be painting some materials prior to final assmbly. Therefore our workflow is not linear. We have found a workaround with Trung's help, however we cannot see anything visual that represents the status of a project.

It seems like this would be ehlpful for any manufacturing company.

After our discussion, I am happy to be able to provide you with a workaround for business case.

I appreciate you taking the time to write and submit your idea.

Currently our workflow model is set to linear.  We use a series condition and validation scripts to open or closed workflow transition based ont the input in Item Details Field.

I will review your request and I will add this request to our future enhancement list.
