'Creating a field' box to be movable; increase default value length

Simple request:

To have consistency across the interface, when editing the Workspace Layout, allow the 'Creating a field' or 'Editing a field' entry box to be movable. In its default position it obscures the Unnassigned Fields box.

Also, allow the default value to have as many characters as is specified in the field length; currently this appears limited to 150 characters.

Alternatively, have a character counter for the field as per Twitter or SMS.

@benderk As with the other issue, the Modern UI has not addressed this suggestion - the admin pages are still Classic, why would this be archived if it is still a valid suggestion?

Apologies - you are correct this is an enhancement request within the Admin section.  We will continue to review it in more detail internally as we review updating the Admin section in Modern before potentially moving this request into a development backlog.
