Add "Screen Clipping" to Attachment tab

Often I want to attach a screen shot as attachment to an item.

Right now I have to use a separate tool to first capture, save, and then upload.

Microsoft Office have a "Screen Clipping" feature that allows screen captures to be inserted directly into emails and word documents without having to go through clipboards or temporary files. I use that a lot.

I would like to see a similar feature in PLM.
