Add attachment error after file upload

Add attachment errors after file upload based on the filename already existing

E.g.  uploaded 

files1.dwf

file1.rvt

file1.nwd

file1.pdf

extensions are different and PLM 360 does not like 4 attachments with the filename file1

Solution

Throw the error message before the file is uploaded
