When I create a new user in PLM 360 does it matter what email address I enter?

You want to enter the correct email address for that user as it will be used for validation once we move to single sign-on (SSO) in PLM 360. Do not use the same address for multiple users or leave the email address field blank as that can cause future logon issues. "SSO" refers to "Autodesk ID" or the single user name and password that's used across Autodesk properties. Not corporate SSO.
What if the user that needs access (to view only) doesn't have an e-mail address? Can they still be registered?
We do not want employees using personal email addresses in PLM and not all have company email account.

You want to use a valid email when creating a user account in Fusion Lifecycle. When the account is created in Fusion Lifecycle, the user gets logon information to that email with links to the tenant. If the user is going to receive any electronic notifications potentially in the future, this is how they would be sent and received and I could see causing problems for you in the long run.
