Tenant Performance Issues

We are having some serious performance issues with our tenant, 4 - 5 second response times.

 

Who / how do we get assistance?

There is a support case logged for you - someone will contact you shortly.

 

For future support issues, I wrote a tutorial earlier on how to get Technical Support for PLM 360.  Hope that helps!

From my experience, 4 to 5 seconds is not that bad.  I agree that performance is poor and I hope ADSK does something about it in the very near future.
