I know about the 2G per user storage limit.
Is there a way as an administrator to see how much is currently in use?
Thanks,
Sten

Sten,
Also - we upped the limit on the pro license to 25GB / user. A pretty generous limit especially when you average out consumption across all users (we don't limit it to the actual user - but the aggregate of the user cound * 25GB.

Ok 25G per user should give me a lot of time ... for now.
But you should probably consider making a way to let the tenants know if they are close to the limit.
- Is there any early warning emails sent out?
- Is this a hard limit where everything stops?
- Is there a risk of lossing information when the limit is hit?
Especially when there is no way for a tenant to prepare for this.
Having the system lock up on a friday afternoon because of storage issues would be very bad.
There isn't a hard stop... We'll email the tenant owner / admin if you come close but you won't get shut down, you won't stop having access or any other behavior change. Nothing to worry about in terms of losing productivity.
