Can the sender on email notifications be changed from noreplay@autodesk.com to the domain name of the owner of the tenant? (eg noreply@TenantName.com)
If it cannot, may I suggest you change it to noreply@plm360.com?
Thanks,
Dave
why?

David,
I've added this request into our requirements management system.
Thanks for the input!

Hi there, any news on this topic? I am building a return goods workspace and I have made a script that notifies our customer when we have initiated the case. At the moment the sender is "Autodesk PLM 360 (no reply) <noreply@autodesk.com>", which is of no use to our customers.
I wish to change to "noreply@MyTenant.com".
Kind regards,
Jonas
I would also like to see this not be just "noreply@????", but configurable (at least by scripting) to be any email address we specify.
I have a use case in which an on-demand email script is run for a record and send to a user and I'd like for that user to be able to respond to the email directly back to the sender.
Thanks,
John
