Hi,
I sent through some information by email to Support yesterday requesting a new case be opened alongside two existing ones, as there may be some links between the errors (Ref: RQ003357 & 08827355). There is too much to reproduce here, but I haven't heard anything further and am anxious to keep this troubleshooting moving. Please could someone from the Support team get in touch to update me on the various Cases I have open.

The email was not sent to the correct email address.

Thanks for the reply and being in touch - I thought it was odd not to have had a response - your team is usually very prompt! I did find it a little hard to find an email address and obviously still plumped for the wrong one.
