Product login

HI all,

Yesterday I received from PLM Experts [plm.experts@autodesk.com] the invitation to try Autodesk PLM 360. After my first login It was asked me to change the password.  I logged out from the system before changing it but then I could not login again. Can you tell me who can help me to restore my login account?

Thanks in advance

Best regards

Fausto

I got my trial yesterday. It have been easy to log in to the system using my MacBook Pro, iPad and iPhone, but it have not been possible to log into the system with a WIndows7 or a Windows8 notebook. On the Windows computers I get the login screen and the it blank the fields and report: Wrong user name/password.  All computors and phoneshave set up with norwegian keyboard. PLM360 is the only system that I have had login problems from either Mac og Windows.

Is there anything special to do when we mics Macs and Windows PC´s? I have started evaluating the system for the company I am working at.

Best regards

Dear Per,

Could you try either of the following:

1. Make a 3rd party cookie exception for *.autodeskplm360.net as trusted site

OR

2. unblock 3rd party cookies altogether.

To make browser exceptions:

a. Chrome: Preferences > Settings > hit Advanced Settings > hit Content Settings (under Privacy section) > hit Manage Exceptions > Allow “[*.]autodesk.com” (no quotes).

b. IE 8: Tools > Options > Privacy > Sites > Allow “autodesk.com” (no quotes)
c. IE 9: Tools > Options > Security > Trusted Sites > Sites > Allow “autodesk.com” (no quotes)
d. Firefox: Tools > Options > Privacy > Exception > Allow “autodesk.com” (no quotes)
e. Safari: Tools > Preferences > Privacy > set Block Cookies to Never.

Once the change is done, restart your browser.

Best regards,
