I'm having trouble with a filtered picklist from a workspace that the user doesn't have permission to view. In the workspace "Change Request" I modified the field "Approvals required" to be a picklist (Multiple selection) from a custom workspace ("User groups") I set up. The user is'nt supposed to see the "User Groups" workspace. The picklist is set up as a workspace picklist with a single Descriptor - Contains filter.
When adding a picklist without filters, this setup works. Even without permission to see the workspace "User Groups", the user can choose from the picklist when he creates a Change request. If I add the filter in the settings for the picklist, the user can only see half of the fields when creating an item. So it's not only the picklist field that dissappers, also 2 fields above it and all below. I added a picture showing the fields that should be visible and how the user sees it. If I give the user permission to view the "User Groups" workspace, he can again see all the fields when creating a change request, now with a filtered picklist.
I have also tried this with "Items and BOMs" with a picklist from "classification structure". Same results. It does not seem to matter which options I choose on the picklist field. I get the same results with radio buttons, single selection and multiple selection.
Anyone else that have experience from a filtered picklist from a workspace that the users don't have view permission in?
