Is there a way to delete multiple items of a workspace? I don't want to purge the entire workspace
The way I do it now is by selecting each item and then deleting it. So if I want to delete 10 items you need to do the process over and over again.
You can use the import utility to perform a delete. You need to match up the records via a unique ID - like an 'auto number' and then once you do you can select "delete" as the update option...
I tried to enter the import tool but I don't have it the same as you do.
Can you show me how to do it please
Please check the help for how to import

But you have to have a spreadsheet with the information that you want to delete right?
That's correct - you can easily generate this by creating a report and exporting that report to Excel.
Hi,
This is correct. You could rely on the report tool to export the workspace items data to an Excel spreadsheet and use it during import to mass delete your items.
Additionally, we have a great video showing exact steps on PLM TV:

Regards,
It works but not the way I wanted to. I post it as a new idea in the "Idea Station"
Thanks
