Loss of capabilty to mass delete or mass update existing workspace objects

When attempting import function for mass delete or workspace items, no longer seeing "for matching records"?

This is not a permissions related problem - also depicted in attachment provided.

 

This has shown up for all workspaces in tenant.

Hello,

 

On the Edit Import page of your Import Project, did you select Match On in the drop down list of the Name column header?  This will allow the "For matching records", "Delete from workspace" to be an available selection.

In this workspace, the "matching" on is Ref ID and with the match on requirement, the ability to update or mass delete said workspace items is now NOT functioning.  It did work previously and is gone now.

Can you delete the Import Project and recreate it and see if your results change? 

 

Please post a screen shot of your Import Project settings so I can try and identify the problem.
