Left View Grid Word Wrap

Is there a way to enable word wrapping on the left view grid data? This would be very helpful.

I have text fields formatted as paragraphs and when I display the data from these fields in the left view grid I get 1 single HUGE sentance that kinda dimisihes the effectiveness of the paragraph. Word wrapping the column header would be pretty cool too.

Also, being able to access the item preview would be useful I don't always want to nivigate away from an item I'm on. If I could point to the item in the left view grid and see its preview that would be a step in the right direction.

I have the similar troubles with text format in paragraph field. I was appeared after May upgrade. Now I have a lot of work to rebuilt Advanced Print  Views.

New upgrades now eliminates the multiple spaces and line breaks. All words are now only separated by a single space.

What I can do with this now?

Hi Pavel,

I do not see a problem with line breaks but see a formatting issue when introducing new blank lines in paragraph field. The print view looks fine if you do not have a blank line. Please confirm you see the same.

Text in print view are without end lines and blank lines. When I look on print view now, all rows are concatenating to one block without end of lines and without blank lines. It isn´t nice!! Where are missing? Can you adviced me how to keep text format, please?

@Orrin, there isn't a way to word wrap left items list, sorry.

Regarding the subsequent comments they are somewhat unrelated to the main question. Nevertheless, we're actively looking at addressing this issue. Will inform here with tangible status.

I recognize that my problem is not directly related to the word wrap left items list. The key, however, is that the formatting of text works. After updating on the beginning of May, began to behave differently. Have I put my problem with formatting as a new separate case into forum?

I think it is not necessary to create a new forum thread; we have recorded this inadvertent paragraph wrapping behavior change and reproduced it. Will let you know as we approach fixing it. Thank you for your patience,
