Internet Explorer Sign In issues

When trying toi use IE9 to sign in to our PLM trial we just get sent back to a blan sign in dialog. I can log in through Chrome and Safari no problem (on the same PC). . I can also log inot Autodesk 360 in IE with the same credentials, it just appears IE9 + PLM 360 doenst want oit sign in

Any ideas?

Hi Greg,

 

You may be seeing an issue with your browser not accepting  3rd party cookies (since you’ll notice the URL for PLM 360 is xxx.autodeskplm.net, not autodesk.com). Please try the following and let me know if you are able to access your site:

 

IE9: Tools - Options > Security > Trusted Sites > Sites > Allow“autodesk.com” (no quotes)

Hi John

I added https://*.autodesk.comto the trusted sites (we have Require server verification (https) for all sites in this zone checked)

Now all logging in fine

Tried all above changes to Trusted Sites but nothing works. Sign in page somes up, but clicking the "Sign In" button has No effect -- nothing happens at all. Chrome works fine.

 

Any further ideas?

Hi Greg,

When you click on Sign In on your PLM 360 tenant landing page, it does a redirect to https://accounts.autodesk.com. Can you please add this URL to your trusted sites and restart the browser?
