Hi Rob,

This is a strange request to delete task once completed.  Most people want to keep a record and review the history.

Currently it is by design to lock the delete function once you completed the workflow.

There is an alternative solution to allow the delete the record once it gets to 100% state.

1. You will need to go to the Administration Tab --> Workspace Manager

2. Go the the Task workspace --> Workflow Editor

3. You will need to create a transition in the 100% state to loop back to itself.

4. Make sure to select "HIde in online Map" in the Transition Properties.

5. The will trick the system to think that there is another step to perform and will not lock the record.

***** Be very careful when you delete records ****

Hi Daniel,

When deleting Test tasks, you can delete the records either follow my steps or delete before it reaches the last phase.

Another way to delete test records by using the Purge function.  The Purge function will completely clean and clear out all records in the workspace.

Many customers us this we tehy don't want to keep any test records.

I hope this help.

thanks,

Trung
