Editing Items in Revisioned Workspace through Workflow Locking?
Tell me I'm not crazy but I thought that the only way to edit a released item was to have the "Override revision control locks" permission. But now it seems like anyone with edit capabilities can edit a field in the Item Details as long as Workflow Locking is disabled for the section that the field is in.
Is this new functionality or am I just stumbling on this now?
Hi Joe, Sections that are not subject to wf locking have always been editable, for unreleased/working revision that is under a wf lock and for all versioned/revised items in the revisioned lineage. Hope this helps,
