distributed file server

Hi all

I'm curious about how PLM360 support download and upload attachment for users around the world.

For example, my co. has users in Thailand, Japan...etc.  They need to upload and download from PLM system.

         1. Does PLM360 need to install a distributed file server there?

         2. if not, then how does PLM360 support performance of downloand and upload of a file?

Greetings Kevin,

There isn't anything to install with PLM 360.   We do leverage a "global acceleration" network that allows us to have increased performance from locations around the globe.  We currently have users in just about every country.  I wouldn't expect you to have any issues.
