Cannot Purge Workspace

Hello

I am having trouble purging a workspace in our system. I checked to see if I can purge other workspaces, and it works. Is there a way I can get this workspace purged?

Thanks

Are you getting a specific error when you purge the workspace?

It says, "There has been an error in processing your request. Please use your browser's back button and try again or contact your system administrator."

Can you try clearing your cache and closing your browser, logging back into PLM 360 and trying to purge again?

What type of workspace is it?  Example: Basic, Basic with Workflow...

I think the issue may have arised because of escalations in our workflow states, but I am not sure why that is preventing me from purging it. Is there any way someone could purge it by the end of today?

It is a Revisioning Workspace

Do you have any Change Orders (Revisioning Workspace) that are only part way through the Workflow?

They need to be completed before you can purge the workspace.

We did have some workflows that were part way through the workflow. I advanced them to the end, but when I tried to purge, I got the same error.

I will escalate this issue to a case and work with you on it.
