Hi,
I get an error message when I am attempting to access the 'Item Details Tab'on a particular workspace on my tennat (see image1 attached). Additionally when I try to view an item in the workspace the item details tab does not load (see image2 attached).
This was working normally earlier today. This evening I made a change to the 'workflow notification fields' and afterwards these errors started occuring. The item details tab contains a table.
I cannot delete this workspace. I need it repaired ASAP. At the moment I cannot access my support account so please can you raise an ticket for me. I need to sorted URGENTLY!
No other workspaces are impacted. Repeatable on Chrome and IE.
