Uploading issue

Hello,

 

 

There is currently an issue while uploading a large number of high resolution images using ReCap360. Part of this problem is coming from Chrome memory management and we are trying to change the way the images are uploaded so that we can work around this issue.  

You have this problem is you see the “Aw Snap”  blue page (cf attachment) in Chrome or if your uploading process is frozen.

 

In the meantime, there is a work around you can use to upload the images:

- Go to https://360.autodesk.com. 

- Create a new folder and upload your images with A360 there

- Go to https://recap360.autodesk.com

- Click on Create New Project

- Select your settings as usual

- In the file picker/upload page click on A360 on the top left hand corner link: A360/ProjectName/images. You ll then see the root of your A360 personal space.

- Navigate to the folder you just created with your images

- Select the images you want to use

- Click on Next as usual
