Trying to subscribe

Hi,

 

I just bought an annual subscription to Recap 360. I got an email from the "subscription team" saying that my account was ready, and logged in at https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/. But when I click through to https://recap360.autodesk.com/#home, I'm still a free user.

 

By the way the subscribe links are broken on recap360. The signup links point to http://www.autodesk.com/products/recap/get-started but that is a 404. Google led me to http://www.autodesk.com/store/recap-360.

Hi JD,

 

Can you send me your email address and the recap360 contract number in a private message, and we'll try to resolve this.

To send a message you can select my User name and open "Send this user a private message" 

 

You can find the ReCap 360 contract number under your Autodesk account.

Sorry for your trouble and in the same time welcome to our forums.

 

Sometimes it can take up-to 24-hours for the account to be upgraded.

 

Just in case I have passed your info and a proper representative should contact you in a few moment.

I purchased Recap360 3 days ago and still have not received my subscription info. My payment went thru right away I confirmed. I filled out a support ticket after the first 24 hours and recieved this response:

 

 

Thank you for contacting the Autodesk Store.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you.

We have submitted a ticket to Autodesk to follow up on the third email
that you should be receiving. Please allow two business days for this
request to be processed. You will receive an update from Autodesk
directly via email. Please check your inbox, spam and junk mail filters.

Digital River gave me the number of Autodesk support and when I called, they had no record of my order number. Autodesk told me to call Digital River. Here we go....

I contacted the support team and they are working on your case at the moment.

They should get back to you today.
