Survey Points in Recap 360

I am trying to process a group of Photos in Recap 360. (38 photos to be exact) i have a handout that instructs me to resubmit my project in order to locate the "advanced tools" dialog where i can add survey points. The problem is i cannot locate this tool. The only thing in the lower left hand corner of the program screen is the "back" button. Is there anyone else who has notices this issue? What am i missing? The advanced tool only works with subscription plan on ReCap360.

But if you process your scene, wait for the project to complete, and resubmit the same project, now you can access the advanced tool for free when you select "review project before submission" (sample image attached).
