Hi
I have a bunch of particles falling. I'm using a dummy to offset the pivot of the ShapeInstance reference object and applying a spin so they follow a spiral path downwards. I'd like them to spawn a trail, but the spawned particles follow the pivot points, not the child meshes.
How can I have the spawned particles also follow a spiral path?

I created a set of videos that will show you my suggestion on how to create the particle trail effect you would like.
The one thing you will need is to download a script that will bake your particle animation into a regular keyframe animation. You can find it here:
