Hi,
i'm using particle flow to scatter geometry on tree, in viewport everything looks ok, but when i render there's very few of them, when i change operator from shape instance to shape and scatter for example cubes then everything is fine in render too, i don't have an idea what's causing this. In attachments is comprasion between viewport and render and all settings of particle flow, i'm using 3ds max 2015 and mental ray.
Try maxing out the max particle limit (fill it full of 9's and hit return)
Also make sure your viewport and render integration step are the same (e.g. half frame)
