VB Front end calling ARX

Hi guys.
I want to find out if a VB front end program can call pieces of code written in ObjectARX. Can somebody help me on this? Please let me know what can be done about it.

ObjectARX programs must run inside of AutoCAD. Your only control AutoCAD
from an external program is through COM automation (or perhaps command-line
arguments), that will give you some access to your ObjectARX code such as
executing custom commands.
