Using ObjectARX without installing Autocad ??

Hi,

Can I develop dotnet applications without installing Autocad software? I just need to load and display dwg file on web form. I was thinking to develop a windows application first and then convert it into activex to host on a web page using asp.net.

So I installed this ObjectARX tool, copied acMgd.dll & AcDBMgd.dll to my .net windows appplication, but my application throws an error saying it can not find/load the acMdg.dll  ... Could someone please help over it. I am new here.

If it matters: I do not need any kind of communication with the autocad software. Just need to play a little with  dwg files.

Do I need to add reference to some other Dlls also? Any dependencies?
