the EffectiveName of a Dynamic Block

just look at the picture.  this is a block reference of a dynamic block, and this dynamic block has its name "地面设备$地面开关" （oh, i hope you can understand Chinese）.   and I use  command "list" , also get this name.   but, if I change one of the dynamic properties of the blockreference.  then use "list" to check its property,  the BlockName of this  blockreference changes into "*U2", 

   this change make coders hard to coding.  I want to get the Name "地面设备$地面开关" ，not "*U2".  so, is there any to get the effective name?

You can use AcDbDynBlockReference::dynamicBlockTableRecord() to get the dynamic BTR; from there you can get the BTR name.
