Switch profiles

Hi,

I use the following line to set a profile current (in Map 2009):

acProfileManagerPtr()->ProfileSetCurrent("profile_to_set_current")

It works well in the "Map 3D Drawing" workspace but not in the "Map Classic" workspace.
In the classic workspace all the toolbars containing comboboxes (properties and layers toolbars) are changed, the comboboxes are gone.
When i change to a different workspace using the the options dialog the toolbars are restored.

Did someone notice this behaviour before?
Maybe i do something wrong?
Anyone know a work around? (switching the workspace does not restore the toolbar)

I don't have standard AutoCAD installed but i assume the same behaviour.

B.t.w. i am using the acad 2007 arx library and running in acad map 2009.
